Apple Needs New Employes!

Yep i had a little phone call to apple after i noticed my iPhone 3G vibrate on and off switch fell off.. i know stupid right? Well anyway the first person i got ahold of at Apple was not an american so i just got a whole thing setup with her and next thing you know im being charged $29 + Tax. But its for a replacement phone. but then she said for $29 + tax we will send you just a bran NEW iPhone 3G. But shouldn't i jut get my iphone fixed for FREE? Or a bran NEW iPhone 3G FOR FREE cause of my warranty? But i didnt worry about it and we ended the call. But then i got worried and mad and called apple again hoping to get a american. I did but this girl did not know what i was saying cause i guess i was talking to fast. so the whole time i had to talk as slow as i could it felt like. These must me some school drop out girls or they are over 50 cause she couldn't understand me and i speak perfect english. Anyway after talking to her i guess nothing was wrong with the order. Just that she thinks its a phone i can use in the mean time while mine gets fixed. And i was rude to her cause she said "can i help you with anything else today sir?" and im like "you did not" and hung up. that girl was just plain dumb. Apple needs some new people working. And they need to be smart!! I will be posting a new post about this tomorrow or tuesday when my box with a new iphone i get to keep or send my old one back and wait for it to be fixed we shall only know when the iphone box comes here.
